A false witness said that Yeshua changed the Torah.  Paul was accused of not following Torah and  teaching believers in Yeshua to not follow Torah.  This accusation against Paul caused Jerusalem to be in an uproar and the accusers of Paul wanted to kill him.  Paul testified that he followed Torah.  Paul taught that a believer in Yeshua the Messiah is saved by grace through faith.  After we are saved we should follow the Torah.  Paul followed the Torah through the help of the Holy Spirit.
